With a new high-potential program, egeplast supports future specialists and managers in their professional development. Two young high potentials report on their experiences and how they benefit from practical responsibility in strategic projects, training, and insights gained from strategy meetings within the international company.
To shape the infrastructure of the future, egeplast, as an employer, creates an environment where employees can develop and fully unleash their potential – knowing that the company’s success largely depends on the partnership between employees and management. Therefore, the egeNextGen Program offers committed young professionals the opportunity to intensively develop over a period of twelve months and prepare for future tasks in specialist or leadership roles.
The egeNextGen Program goes beyond mere further education and pursues a comprehensive approach: it combines practical learning with strategic insights, made possible through close collaboration with the management. A core aspect of the program is the participants’ role as assistants to the management. In this role, they assume responsibility in strategic projects, prepare important appointments, and participate in targeted training measures. The close cooperation with the management allows them to view company processes from a higher perspective and to thoroughly learn how to plan and implement strategic initiatives.
Further development within the program also includes targeted training in areas such as leadership competence, technical skills, and resilience. Through exchange with international locations and active involvement in strategically important projects, participants continuously expand their knowledge and competencies.
