Dr. Ansgar Strumann
Managing PartnerDr. rer. pol. Ansgar Strumann, born in Münster in 1965, studied business administration at the Universities of Münster and Cologne. After graduating with a degree in business administration, he worked as a research assistant and received his doctorate at the Marketing Seminar of the University of Cologne. Dissertation on innovation management. Managing Director at egeplast since 1999, Managing Partner since 2005.

Dipl.-Ing. Torsten Ratzmann
Managing DirectorDipl.-Ing. Torsten Ratzmann, born in Wertingen in 1966, studied Materials Engineering at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and subsequently held various management positions for companies such as Karmann, Vorwerk, Johnson Controls, Lear Corp., Harting Technologiegruppe, and Pöppelmann Holding. As Managing Director at egeplast, his areas of responsibility include Operations and Innovation.
