egeplast now offers its customers free digital construction site support for all monitorable pipe systems. Xperteye™ allows video-based remote diagnostics to be carried out easily without having to travel to the construction site.

Our experts are quickly “on-site” and can provide immediate assistance – eliminating long travel times and waiting periods.
All that is required is the camera of a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with an internet connection. The installation of additional software or the download of an app is not necessary. For a customer service request, the person on the construction site receives a link via SMS or email, through which they can grant the support team access to the live connection.

With a direct view of the on-site situation and a virtual pointer, the necessary work steps can be carried out immediately together via live video. Experienced colleagues can also be called in with just a few clicks via this tool when new employees are being trained.
