All you need is the camera of a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with an internet connection. There is no need to install additional software or download an app. When a service request is made, the person on site receives a link via SMS or email, which they can use to grant support access to the live connection.

With a direct view of the on-site situation and a virtual pointer, the necessary work steps can be carried out immediately together via live video. When onboarding new employees, experienced colleagues can also be brought in via this tool with just a few clicks.
