E-Mobility: Safe installation of quick charging stations
The construction of a new infrastructure networks for electric mobility is in full swing. With egeplast protective pipe systems for the installation of charging stations, even substances endangering the quality the water used to cool down the charging stations can be safely transported and retained if some damage occurs. For the sake of protecting the environment, the pipeline undergoes permanent monitoring.
Protection of the system from the outside and inside
The egeplast protection pipe system for quick charging stations also provides protection around the transportation of water-endangering substances, since it allows for safe installation, ongoing protection and the easy accessibility and way to exchange medium-carrying pipes. The material has a high degree of chemical resistance. In particularly sensitive areas, moreover, additional monitoring of the protective pipe system for quick charging stations is needed or even mandatory. Our permanently monitored pipe system with 100-percent leakage monitoring allows for early recognition and alert in the event of damages, before environmental damages can occur.
Two available versions of the protection pipe system for electric filling stations
The egeplast protection pipe system for quick charging stations is available both as an egelen protection pipe based on PE 100-RC material and as a 3L safety pipe system featuring leakage monitoring and leakage locating. The permanently monitored 3L Leak Control Safety pipes also provides precise leakage locating for the pipe and all systems sections, even remote maintenance.
Both variants of the egeplast protection pipe system designed for quick charging stations are delivered with prefabricated components. These prefabricated and compatible systems serve to protect the medium-carrying pipes. The media lines allow for easy access, renewal or exchange, also thanks to the excellent bend mobility of the fittings.
