egeplast Microduct Multi ProTec
Jacket pipe system made of egeplast Microducts for trenchless installation
The Microduct Multi ProTec is a bundle of pipes consisting of several egeplast Microduct Mono pipes. It features a flexible double jacket with a modified outer layer and is used in network applications such as FTTB (Fibre To The Building), backbones, or last mile.
Due to the protective jacket, it is suitable for trenchless installation methods such as horizontal directional drilling
Distribution of point loads through round protective jacket
Cost reduction through trenchless installation. There is no need to pull in a protective pipe
Your benefits at a glance
Improved mechanical properties for increased tensile loads
Resistant to the highest tensile forces with long insertion distances
Optimal for HDD installations
High longitudinal strength and smooth surface, ideal for the HDD method
Distribution of point loads through round protective jacket
Round protective jacket distributes point loads and protects the inner pipe
Cost reduction through trenchless installation
There is no need to pull in a protective pipe, saving time and costs
Layers separable
Separable protective jacket simplifies installation and prevents damage
Ideally suited for installation on routes where open construction is not possible
Nature reserves, forest edges, canals, etc.
