egeplast pro cable GmbH was founded in 2000 as a joint venture between egeplast and EBERO AG, and over the past 25 years, it has developed into one of the leading system providers of cable protection pipes for fiber optic expansion in Germany.
With a product range including pipes, fittings, cables, shafts, and accessories, egeplast pro cable, based in Cologne, achieved sales of almost 20 million euros in 2025 under the leadership of Managing Director Jörg Gößling.
The acquisition of 50% of the shares from co-shareholder EBERO AG on January 1, 2026, underscores the strategy of the family-owned company egeplast to further strengthen its systems business. At the egeGigaFab at its headquarters in Greven, egeplast operates state-of-the-art production for microduct pipes – fully automated, resource-efficient, and of the highest quality.
