egeplast international GmbH, based in Greven, has been awarded the 2025 winner in the “Outstanding Digitalization & Automation” category of the “Factory of the Year” benchmarking competition.
The award recognizes the high quality standards and exceptional level of innovation in the production of plastic pipes for infrastructure.
At the same time, it represents stable future prospects. egeplast continuously invests in state-of-the-art production systems as a central element of securing the site.
At the egeGigaFab at egeplast’s headquarters in Greven, microduct pipes required for comprehensive fiber optic expansion across Europe are produced on 11,000 m2. With state-of-the-art production technology – fully automated, resource-efficient, and sustainable.
