egeplast pro cable GmbH was founded in 2000 as a joint venture between egeplast and EBERO AG and has developed over the past 25 years into one of the leading system providers of cable protection ducts for fibre-optic expansion in Germany. With a product range of pipes, fittings, cables, manholes and accessories, Egeplast Procable, based in Cologne, will achieve sales of just under EUR 20 million in 2025 under the management of Managing Director Jörg Gößling.
The acquisition of the 50% stake from co-shareholder EBERO AG as of 1 January 2026 underlines the strategy of the family-owned company egeplast to further strengthen its systems business. At the egeGigaFab at its headquarters in Greven, egeplast operates a state-of-the-art production facility for microduct pipes – fully automated, resource-efficient and of the highest quality.
With the full integration of Egeplast Procable, customers at egeplast receive plastic pipes, fittings, systems and service – all from a single source.
