The web calculator developed by egeplast provides project managers with a quick and detailed cost comparison. The web calculator has already established itself as a compass in many planning offices and supply companies, regardless of whether a construction project is planned using open trench installation or trenchless installation. In no time at all, our pipe systems, including all costs on and off the construction site, can be compared for the combination of installation method and application.
Simple Operation for Everyone Involved
On the start page, installation lengths, diameters and installation depths are entered. Pipe-specific SDRs as well as delivery forms and delivery lengths can then be defined. The web calculator quickly determines which of the two methods under consideration is more economical with regard to the construction site costs pre-calculated with it. In the clearly structured overview, the user can also immediately see where the cost advantages of the respective method lie. The calculated projects can also be saved and called up again at any time for further processing. The web calculator can compare seven installation methods with each other: open trench installation with and without sand bedding, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), milling and ploughing, burstlining and relining.
