egeplast grows internationally

egeplast and Westwood Pipelines are expanding their joint activities with the introduction of PE pipe production in the United Kingdom. egeplast UK Ltd will commence production at the Westwood facility near Doncaster in April 2019. This enables more flexible and improved delivery times for a broad product portfolio including PE pressure pipe coils and the egeplast SLA^® Barrier Pipe system. By combining Westwood’s fitting solutions with high-quality egeplast pipes, a strong partnership is created for supplying utilities, the construction industry, and infrastructure. Production in the United Kingdom will also help reduce our CO₂ footprint, secure jobs in the region, and mitigate potential risks from possible transport issues due to Brexit.
