Plastic pipes in tomorrow’s green hydrogen world: Suitability and safe operation proven in pilot projects
The future viability and general acceptance of gas network infrastructure depend on the fundamental continued usability of existing systems with green gas and furthermore, on whether the already low gas losses can be reduced to zero.
egeplast pipe systems are H2ready
The Gas Technology Institute DBI gGmbH in Freiberg (DBI) has awarded egeplast the H2ready warranty mark for its egeplast 90 10® RC and egeplast SLM® 3.0 gas pipes, following the completion of tests and submission of all relevant documents.
Hydrogen: Future Perspectives in Dialogue
Hydrogen plays an important role in the energy transition. It can be stored and transported. This allows renewable energies to be used for new fields of application in industry and the transport sector, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
