Since December 1, 2023, Luzie Abelmann has been supporting the Infrastructure team as Market Manager for NRW.
How was your start at egeplast, and were your expectations for the new position met, fallen short of, or exceeded?
My start at egeplast was great; I was given a very warm welcome by everyone, and my expectations were definitely met, if not exceeded.
How do you experience the egeCorporate culture?
I appreciate the open atmosphere and the respectful interaction with one another. Through the open exchange with my colleagues, ideas and opinions within the team are highly valued, which I particularly like.
Which project or activity are you particularly looking forward to?
I am particularly looking forward to visiting customers and trade fairs. The opportunity to establish personal contact with customers and better understand their interests is very important to me in my work.
What do you enjoy, or what are you passionate about?
I love going on (long-distance) trips and discovering culinary delights. I am also passionately committed to animal welfare.
What do you complain about?
Short and sweet: the bad weather.
What is essential for a good workday?
A good day at the office definitely includes having fun with colleagues and taking a walk during the lunch break to recharge for the rest of the day.
