"Prefab" Custom Solutions and Special Molded Part Constructions
As an expert for state-of-the-art pipe systems, our service portfolio also includes complete, customer-specific “prefab” special pipe solutions and molded part constructions for almost every requirement. For the special pipe solutions and assemblies, pipes, fittings and other components can be individually planned and manufactured according to customer requirements and/or special construction site requirements.
These molded parts and components are mostly manufactured from semi-finished products from our own production. An extensive stock of semi-finished products enables quick and uncomplicated implementation. In addition to an extensive range of welding machines, various machining centers are available for machining (milling and turning). With state-of-the-art CNC technology, we are able to produce pressure class-compliant molded parts such as T-pieces and welding collars. A bend forming system also enables the production of seamless bends.
