“prefab” special solutions and custom molded part designs
As an expert in state-of-the-art pipe systems, our service portfolio also includes complete, customer-specific “prefab” special pipe solutions and molded part designs for almost every requirement. For special pipe solutions and assemblies, pipes, molded parts, and other components can be individually planned and manufactured according to customer requirements and/or specific construction site demands based on measurements.
These molded parts and components are largely produced from semi-finished products from our in-house manufacturing. An extensive stock of semi-finished products enables quick and uncomplicated implementation. In addition to an extensive welding machine park, various machining centers for chip-forming processing (milling and turning) are available. With state-of-the-art CNC technology, we are able to produce pressure-rated molded parts such as T-pieces and stub flanges. A bending machine also enables the production of seamless bends.
