Non-personal data collected automatically
In order to improve the attractiveness and performance of our website, we collect and evaluate non-personal data. For example, communication-related data such as the IP address of your computer and use-related data such as how long you stay on our website, are collected automatically by technical means. Among the details also recorded are your internet provider, operating system, average time spent or type of browser used. These data shall not be shared with any third party. The data we stored are deleted by us via an automated procedure if the statutory or contractual period of retention has expired or if the data are no longer needed.

We take whatever technical and organisational security measures are required to protect your personal data from unintentional or unlawful deletion, modification or loss as well as from unauthorised disclosure or access. We would like to point out that data transmission via the internet is by and large performed using an unsecured connection and that the data might thus be viewed by unauthorised individuals or even distorted.
Should you wish to contact us via email, please note that confidentiality of the transmitted information cannot be guaranteed. Emails might potentially be read by third parties. In your own interest, confidential information should therefore always be sent by traditional mail.
Website analysis
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics applies so-called “cookies”, text files saved on your computer, which allow an analysis of the way you use our website. Usually, the information on your use of this website generated by the cookie are transmitted to a server in the US which is owned by Google and stored there. If IP anonymisation on this website has been activated, Google, however, will shorten your IP address beforehand within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting countries of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Use of SalesViewer® technology:
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.
In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.
The data stored by Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.
The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. Your rights
You shall be entitled to request information about any data stored by us about you as an individual as well as about their origin and recipients as well as about the purpose of storing them. Moreover, we are generally obliged to rectify incorrect data and to block or delete data the storage of which is inadmissible or no longer necessary. Additionally, you can object to any future use or transmission of your personal data anytime. Also, you have the right to revoke your consent already given for any future collection, processing and use of your personal data anytime without needing to state any reasons.
Amendments to the provisions
We reserve ourselves the right to modify this Privacy Statement. These amendments can be made both for technical and for data protection reasons. We therefore kindly ask you to take notice of the most recent version at any given time.
