Construction site video in Lichtenfels: Flush drilling with SLM® DCS and pulling in monitored drinking water transport pipeline
The video shows the SLM® DCS pipe system being pulled in after the flush drilling has been completed. For Stadtwerke Lichtenfels, supply and operational safety have absolute priority. For the new construction of a drinking water pipeline through impassable and difficult-to-access terrain using low-trench and trenchless installation methods, they used the fully monitored egeplast SLM® DCS pipe system – for maximum safety.

More Information
The egeplast SLM® DCS pipe system is ideal for detecting pipe damage at an early stage and monitoring the functionality of a drinking water transport pipe. Monitoring for damage can be carried out permanently or discontinuously. It is advantageous that the damage-free installation of the pipe system can be reliably proven for the construction acceptance.
This keeps our drinking water sustainably pure even during transport.
